Fair housing commitment
Your preferences belong in the result. Protected characteristics do not.
myPCSmatch is committed to equal housing opportunity. The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing-related activities because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. State and local law may protect additional characteristics.
What shapes a match
The model compares broad search areas using commute preferences, housing form, outdoor room, home age, convenience, walkability, rural or planned-community preference, and other choices shown directly in the quiz. The method page explains the scoring and source data.
What does not shape a match
The model does not ask for or score race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or another protected characteristic. It does not rate residents, schools, crime, safety, or whether a neighborhood is “good.”
Keep the decision yours
A match is an initial comparison, not an instruction about where you should or should not live. You may explore any community. Verify the facts that matter to you using neutral, reliable sources and property-specific information.
