Privacy, without the mystery.
This notice explains what myPCSmatch collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to deliver your result and respond if you ask for help. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
- Quiz result form: name, email address, optional phone number, selected duty station or stations, rent-or-buy preference, and generated quiz result.
- Contact form: name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional marketing emails.
- Direct contact: information you choose to provide by email, phone, or text.
Your individual quiz answers remain in your browser tab while you take the quiz. The submitted record includes the selected duty station(s), rent-or-buy preference, and generated result—not every individual answer.
How we use it
- Reveal and email your free result.
- Respond to your questions or requests.
- Prepare Julie and Aubrey to help if you choose to contact them.
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the tool.
- Send marketing email only when you separately opt in.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the site and process form submissions. Google Apps Script and Google Workspace currently receive and route quiz and contact submissions. Those providers process information for us under their own security and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Analytics
The site contains privacy-limited analytics instrumentation. If analytics is enabled, it may record page routes and high-level events such as quiz started, quiz completed, or result printed. Contact details and individual quiz answers are not included in analytics events. We do not use analytics events for automated lending, housing, or eligibility decisions.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, respond to you, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a marketing preference by emailing aublie.op@gmail.com. We may need to retain limited records when required by law or necessary to document a prior transaction or request.
Children
myPCSmatch is intended for adults planning a military move. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
